The split type gas ultrasonic flowmeter achieves high-precision gas flow measurement through ultrasonic technology, and its core principle is based on the time difference of forward and backward ultrasonic propagation (typical accuracy ± 1%). When ultrasound propagates in gas, the propagation speed increases in the downstream direction (such as+2m/s) and slows down in the upstream direction (such as -2m/s). The time difference calculated by the microprocessor can be converted into flow velocity (range of 0.1-60m/s). Combined with the cross-sectional area of the pipeline, it can output instantaneous flow rate (up to 10000m ³/h) and support cumulative metering function. Its non-contact measurement characteristics avoid pressure loss, and its portable design (weight<5kg) supports rapid on-site deployment, making it suitable for scenarios such as gas inspection and industrial emission monitoring.
