YK-SUAF. Fixed Split-Type Ultrasonic Flowmeter

YK-SUAF series ultrasonic flowmeter, ultrasonic heat meter, and ultrasonic industrial water meter adopt a low-voltage multi-pulse transit-time principle. They use high-precision and highly stable dual-balanced differential transmission and differential reception patented digital detection technology to measure ultrasonic transmission time in both upstream and downstream directions, and calculate flow velocity based on the time difference.

Product Principle
When ultrasonic waves propagate through a liquid, the flow of the medium causes a slight change in propagation time. This change is proportional to the flow velocity. At zero flow, the transmission time between the two sensors is identical (the only practical true zero-flow measurement technology). When the medium is flowing, the upstream propagation time is longer than the downstream propagation time.
