YK-WNFQ. Gas Turbine Flowmeter

YK-WNFQ Gas Turbine Flowmeter is a new-generation, high-accuracy and high-reliability gas flowmeter integrating flow, temperature, pressure sensors, and an intelligent flow totalizer. Developed using advanced domestic and international flow measurement technologies and optimized with gas dynamics, fluid mechanics, and electromagnetic principles, it offers excellent performance under both low- and high-pressure conditions, multiple signal outputs, and low sensitivity to flow disturbances. It is widely used for measuring natural gas, coal gas, LPG, light hydrocarbon gas, and other gases.

Product Principle
As the gas enters the flowmeter, it is accelerated by the flow conditioner and drives the turbine rotor to rotate. Once the driving torque balances the resistance and friction torque, the rotor speed becomes stable and is directly proportional to the flow rate. A magnetic pickup detects the rotating magnets on the signal disk and generates pulse signals proportional to the gas volume flow. After amplification and signal conditioning, the pulse signal, together with the pressure and temperature signals, is processed by the intelligent flow totalizer to directly display standard volumetric flow rate and total standard volume.
