TYK-BT-100-J and YK-BT-150-J Vibration-Resistant Electrical Contact Pressure Gauges are designed with excellent resistance to pressure pulsation, shock loads, and environmental vibration. They are suitable for measuring the pressure of gases, liquids, or vapors that are non-corrosive to copper and copper alloys.
The instrument is equipped with upper and lower limit electrical contact switching devices. When the pressure reaches the preset values, it triggers a signal or switches the control circuit, enabling automatic process control or alarm functions. The vibration-resistant structure effectively suppresses pointer fluctuation and impact, protects the contacts, ensures clear indication, reliable switching of electrical signals, and stable operation.

Product Principle

Vibration-resistant pressure gauges operate on principles of elastic deformation and fluid damping: process pressure entering the gauge deforms an elastic element (e.g., Bourdon tube or diaphragm), and this deformation is mechanically amplified to move a pointer across a dial; in vibrating environments, the gauge case is filled with a high-viscosity damping fluid that absorbs kinetic energy, suppresses pointer oscillation caused by mechanical shock or pressure pulsation, and ensures the pointer moves smoothly and stably to indicate the true pressure value, thereby maintaining readability and measurement accuracy under dynamic conditions.
