YK-UHZ. Side-Mount Magnetic Level Gauge

The magnetic float level gauge is installed on an external bypass chamber connected to the side of a tank. The liquid level inside the vessel can be clearly indicated by the flip plate indicator. A magnetic switch can also be installed on the bypass chamber to provide electrical contact output, or a level transmitter can be fitted for remote analog signal transmission and level control.
This level gauge is a highly reliable and safe instrument due to its magnetically coupled, hermetically sealed structure. It is especially suitable for level measurement in flammable, explosive, corrosive, and toxic media, making level monitoring in harsh environments simple, safe, and reliable. It provides local direct reading display without the need for multiple instruments, enabling full-range measurement with a single unit. The display is clear, highly visible, and easy to read. When equipped with a transmitter, intermediate signal conversion can be eliminated, improving transmission accuracy.

Product Principle
The magnetic float level gauge operates based on a magnetic float that moves up and down with the liquid level. The magnetic field causes the red/white flip columns in the indicator window to rotate accordingly, indicating the liquid level. When the float moves downward, the display changes from red to white; red always indicates the liquid level position.
