YK-Kspdn. RF Admittance Level Switch

YK-KSPDN series RF Admittance Level Switch is a new type of level measurement instrument based on advanced RF admittance technology. It overcomes the limitation of traditional capacitive level switches, which cannot eliminate the influence of conductive material buildup. The instrument offers high operational reliability and is suitable for almost all industrial applications. It is easy to install, maintenance-free, and cost-effective, and is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, power, food, and paper industries.

Product Principle
The level switch consists of a sensor unit and an electronic unit. The sensor unit includes three main parts: the measuring probe, shielding electrode, and ground terminal. The material level is reflected as a change in admittance between the probe and the vessel wall. When the material reaches the switching point, the electronic unit responds and drives the relay to output a switching signal. The shielding electrode prevents false triggering caused by material buildup on the probe. The relay output is activated only when the material truly reaches the preset level.
