The tuning fork level switch detects liquid level or solid material level through changes in tuning fork vibration frequency. When the tuning fork comes into contact with the medium, the vibration frequency changes (usually 1-3 kHz), causing impedance changes and converting them into electrical signals, triggering relays or alarms. Its advantages include strong adaptability (working temperature -40~200 ℃, pressure ≤ 10MPa), no influence of medium density/viscosity, no moving parts, and low maintenance costs. Suitable for chemical (corrosive liquids), food (sanitary design), sewage treatment and other scenarios, achieving precise level monitoring.
